REQUISITO BÁSICO

•Múltiples habilidades en disciplinas eléctricas y mecánicas.

• Experiencia en interpretación de planos tanto mecánicos como eléctricos.

Key job responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance
Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance

· Experiencia en disciplinas eléctricas y mecánicas con experiencia relevante en automatización o entornos complejos de MHE (del inglés: Material Handling Equipment).
· Conocimiento básico sólido de sistemas de control basados en PLC.
· Experiencia con GMAO (Gestión de Mantenimiento Asistida por Ordenador) para planificar el mantenimiento proactivo y registrar tareas reactivas.
· Conocimiento de estándares normativos de empresa (Cumplimiento normativo).
· Capacidad (escrita y verbal) de comunicarse en inglés y en el idioma local con un nivel B2 o superior del MCER (Marco Común Europeo de Referencia).

· Capacidad demostrable de supervisión e influencia en otros miembros del equipo.
